Care Guide
Water when the soil is dry, but avoid getting water on the leaves, as it can cause spots. Water at the base of the plant. Adjust amounts by pot size: Piccolo (4") needs less, Medio (6") moderate, and Grande (8–10") more for larger roots.
Bright, indirect sunlight is best. Direct sunlight may scorch the leaves, so keep the plant in a well-lit, but not sun-exposed area.
Remove dead or damaged leaves and flowers to promote new growth. Propagate by leaf cuttings in water or soil.
Easy! Just check the soil for dryness and avoid overwatering.
Needs a well-draining, slightly acidic potting mix. African Violet-specific soil is ideal.
African Violets are non-toxic to pets.
African Violets are not known for air purification but can enhance indoor environments with their vibrant flowers.
Feed with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every 2-3 weeks during the growing season (spring to summer).
Prefers temperatures between 65°F and 75°F. Avoid temperatures below 50°F.
