There are many ways to find the flowers you desire on You can use the search bar at the top of the home page to find specific flowers based on your own keywords. You can also navigate by using the menu bar at the top of the page, which has our top recurring search categories. The menu bar at the top of the page can help you search by flower name and occasion/sentiment. Once you have chosen a product category, you can further narrow your search by using the submenus on the left side of the page to select by flower, color, materials, shape and even occasion. If you scroll down towards the bottom of the homepage, you can search by our curated Flower Collections.

  What is My Wishlist?

If you want to create a list of your favorite products to purchase at a later point, you can add items to "My Wishlist" by clicking on the heart icon on your desired arrangement. You will need to create an account with to access and manage your wishlist items.

  What is the Make it Extra Special option?

The Make it Extra Special feature offers products that you can add-on to your flower arrangements such as chocolates, balloons, stuffed animals and more to make your arrangement more personalized and something truly Extra Special.

  What are your Flower Collections categories?

Our Flower Collections option features special curated collections of flower arrangements from "Everyday" flowers to "Extravagant" ($100+) flower arrangements. We also have "Traditional" flowers for those with a classic sense, or "Modern" arrangements for the chic and trendy flower connoisseur.

  How does determine Related Products? determines Related Products using an algorithm that matches flower types, colors, My Tags, and buyer behavior and tendencies to give each product a set of similar products to choose from.

  Why does ask me "Where do you want to send?"

While we have an extensive selection of flower arrangements, some products may not be available for delivery to certain distant locations. We require customer to enter their recipient's address in order to show you what flower arrangements are available for delivery in that specific location.

If you would like to review a current or past order you have placed, please refer to your confirmation number provided to you by e-mail. You can also view your orders by signing in and selecting "My Purchases" from the left-hand submenu. You can also click here to access your orders.

We can't guarantee it, but we will do our best. Just add a note in the Special Instructions section.

  How are delivery fees determined?

Our delivery fees are determined based on your recipient's address. offers free flower delivery in Manhattan for online orders totaling more than $100 (before delivery/service charges & taxes). 

  Can deliver to a hospital? will deliver your flowers and/or gift to the front desk at the hospital. A hospital employee will take it from there, as we are not permitted to deliver to a patient’s room directly.
