Details[ Pot Size: 4'' ]
Native to Argentina and Chile, lemon verbena is a woody shrub that produces shiny lanceolate green leaves (to 3-4” long) that have a strong aroma (without crushing) and taste of lemon. Where not winter hardy, it is grown in containers that may be overwintered indoors in bright, cool locations with minimal watering (plants lose leaves indoors) or as an annual that is replaced with new plants each spring. Prune the tips from main stems to promote branching and shrubbier form. Free plant and flower delivery in Manhattan for orders over $100 from Plantshed.com.
