Plant Care Guide
Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate low light as well. Avoid direct sunlight. Growth will be slower in low light environments.
About once a week. Allow soil to mostly dry out—but not completely. Water less often in winter. If leaves develop brown tips, air may be too dry and misting may help.
Level of Care
Easy! Just make sure the plant isn't in direct sunlight and don't overwater.
The NASA Clean Air Study has ranked Philodendrons as one of the most efficient groups of houseplants that remove formaldehyde and other toxins from the air we breathe.
Feed with a mild liquid, indoor plant fertilizer about 1-2 times a month during the growing season. Do not fertilize in winter.
Prefers warm conditions above 60°F. Keep away from drafty windows and air conditioners.
A peaty All-Purpose potting soil with good drainage works best.
Pruning & Propagation
Prune yellow or damaged stems down to soil level. To propagate, cut just below a node on the stem and place in water.
Sorry! Mini Monstera is toxic to both people and animals.
