Care Guide
Water when the topsoil feels dry, avoiding overwatering as Begonias are sensitive to waterlogged roots. Adjust water based on pot size: Piccolo (4") needs less, Medio (6") moderate, and Grande (8–10") more to support larger roots.
Bright, indirect sunlight is ideal for Begonias. Direct sunlight can burn the leaves, so they should be kept in a bright, shaded location.
Prune dead or yellowing leaves to promote new growth. To propagate, cuttings can be placed in water or soil.
Moderate! Begonias require regular watering and humidity, but they are relatively easy to maintain.
Begonias prefer rich, well-draining, and slightly acidic soil. A peat-based potting mix is ideal.
Begonias are toxic to pets if ingested.
Begonias help improve air quality by absorbing toxins and filtering the air.
Feed with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring to summer).
Prefers warm temperatures between 60°F and 75°F. Avoid temperatures below 50°F.
