Care Guide
Water when the soil feels dry, ensuring the pot drains well. Avoid overwatering, as this can cause bulb rot. Adjust water based on pot size: Piccolo (4") needs less, Medio (6") moderate, and Grande (8–10") more to support larger roots.
Amaryllis needs bright, indirect light to thrive. Direct sunlight may scorch the delicate flowers and leaves.
After flowering, cut back the flower stalk to the base but leave the foliage. Allow the plant to rest after blooming for the next cycle.
Easy! Amaryllis are simple to care for during their growing season but need some resting time post-bloom.
A general-purpose potting mix works well.
Amaryllis is toxic to pets, so avoid contact with animals.
Amaryllis is not known for air purification but is appreciated for its beautiful flowers.
Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 2-3 weeks during the growing season (spring to early summer).
Prefers temperatures between 60°F and 70°F.
